Garrett has over 8 years experience working as a property lawyer, both in Ireland and in Australia. He specialises in commercial leasing and in the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial property. Garrett has extensive experience in property law and he has acted for private individuals, corporations, developers, property trusts and state government entities on a wide range of property related issues. His work includes:
- acting for clients in relation to the acquisition and disposal of properties (residential and commercial);
- carrying out of property due diligence for prospective purchasers;
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and retail leases (and other landlord and tenant related documents) for landlords and tenants; and
- drafting and advising clients about easements, covenants and other general rights and restrictions affecting property assets.
