Kim has over 12 years legal experience, both as legal secretary and as an licensed conveyancer. 

As an experienced conveyancer Kim is able to assist clients at every stage of their transaction. Kim’s knowledge and ability to liaise with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and banks, councils and government authorities results in a smooth transaction for each client.

Kim assists the firm’s property lawyers and our clients with:
