Kristen has over 5 years legal experience, both as paralegal and as an licensed conveyancer.
As a licensed conveyancer Kristen is able to assist clients at every stage of their transaction. Kim’s knowledge and ability to liaise with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and banks, councils and government authorities results in a smooth transaction for each client.
Kristen assists the firm’s property lawyers and our clients with:
- the sale and purchase of residential properties;
- the sale and purchase of vacant land;
- the sale and purchase of Strata Title units off the plan;
- inter-family transfer of ownership; and
- Old System conveyancing
