Practice Manager
Tracey brings to her role as legal Practice Manager 20 years of experience in working in diverse areas of law and law practices. As Practice Manager, Tracey is responsible for ensuring the highest level of client service. Tracey coordinates the training and development of all staff to ensure that high professional standards are met which translates into quality client service. Tracey regularly seeks feedback from clients as to their expectations and how we can improve our service.
“I particularly want clients to tell me if we do not meet their expectations so that I can rectify the situation and improve the communications. One of my responsibilities includes maximising client satisfaction with our service. When we have done the hard yards and invested a lot of time and money into developing our systems and training our staff it is very satisfying to know when clients appreciate the service. Clients come to lawyers because they need assistance. We are here to provide that assistance in the best form available. I know it is important to clients to get the best information they can such as:
(a) How much it will cost;
(b) How long it will take;
(c) Being informed and kept up to date; and
(d) Having someone available to talk to when they ring.”
